-Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property.
-Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by their parents during the stay.
-For groups larger than 4 guests, an additional per guest, per night fee applies.

Where do we throw the garbage?
Garbage must be separated: organic, plastic, and unsorted waste, each in its own bag and then in the bin.
Paper and glass, each in its own bin. There are small bins in the house, and larger ones at the entrance to the property, next to the gate.
Can we walk down to town via another road, or is there only the one we took by car?
A: there is a path
How far is the town? 10 minutes walk to go down (a little more to go back up home)
And the beach? other 5 minutes walk from downtown
